An international chocolate expert, Yonatan possesses a rare combination of culinary excellence and unique technological know-how, gained from years of experience as the VP of Professional Development in some of the world's largest food companies. His chocolate recipes are sought after globally, and he is responsible for creating several successful chocolate innovations like “60% Dark chocolate”.
Master Chef
Jackie Hazan
Holding multiple prestigious titles, including being the President of the Israeli Bakers and Confectioners Association, Jackie is a true baking expert. He is a Master Pastry Chef and an Israeli champion in baking. When he's not in Israel, you can find him judging at international baking championships around the world.
